We executed a full-scale migration of a monolithic legacy SaaS application to a microservices-based architecture on AWS. The project involved containerizing services with Docker, orchestrating them with Kubernetes, and setting up a CI/CD pipeline for automated deployments. The result was a 50% reduction in infrastructure costs, a 3x improvement in application performance, and significantly increased developer productivity and system reliability.
